RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Graphic Design:

  • Create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and promotional materials, using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

  • Maintain consistent branding across all designs to align with Maloba Consulting’s visual identity.

• Video Production & Editing:

  • Produce, edit, and optimize video content that highlights startups’ stories, achievements, and milestones.

  • Use AI-based tools like Captions to streamline video creation, generate subtitles, and enhance accessibility.

  • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro to ensure high production quality, including transitions, effects, and audio syncing.

• Live & Recorded Content:

  • Use OBS Studio for live-streaming or recording presentations, webinars, and other virtual events.

  • Prepare pre-recorded startup pitches and demo content for events and showcases.

• Innovation in Content Creation:

  • Leverage modern AI tools to create dynamic, attention-grabbing multimedia content.

  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and tools in digital design and video editing to continuously improve content quality.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with startups to understand their brand identity and messaging needs.

  • Partner with the marketing team to align multimedia content with strategic campaigns.

• Content Optimization:

  • Adapt multimedia content for different platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across websites, social media, and events.

  • Manage the storage and organization of multimedia assets for easy accessibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Video Production, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

  • Familiarity with AI-based tools for content creation (e.g., Captions, Pictory, or similar).

  • Experience with OBS Studio or similar live-streaming/recording tools is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

  • Proficiency in video editing techniques, including color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.

  • Knowledge of optimizing content for various social media platforms.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

• Personal Attributes:

• Tools Familiarity:
